Our training service evolves around our client needs, fundamentally we have an ethos of hands-on with people either on site or externally as required.

1-2-1

It may be more appropriate and cost-effective to train your employees "on-the-job". These workshops are aimed at the needs of the individual or small group. ​1-2-1 coaching is ideal when you have specific training requirements or where a new staff member needs an intensive set of sessions to rapidly bring them up to speed.  ​In a 121-training, gaps in past training are made obvious as training progresses. These gaps may be addressed on the fly, or in future sessions.

Modular

Our Modular development scheme is designed to take each person through from the very basics through to advanced skills, stage by stage at a pace to suit the trainee and organisation There is no requirement to take the entire programme, we can tailor each module based on specific needs.

At Elbow

In essence one to one training however, at elbow allows us to work closely in a normal working day environment, assessing &training in one session. ​At elbow is low impact training for individuals who are having issues with a part of the job or are not experiencing the highest productivity. Working at elbow with a highly experienced person is a quick and effective method of knowledge transfer and is effective especially with calling candidates or clients.

Classroom Training

A classroom based training system is great for getting your employees working together and sharing ideas. Classroom learning environments provide the important ‘human touch’ that is often missing from online training. Learning in a these settings will allow attendees to work together, share ideas and learn from each other, as well as from their trainer. ​Our classroom sessions also provide new staff with the opportunity to get to know each other, which will make them feel more comfortable in the work place.
